Getting the most from the test
A 10١٠-question test every day beats an hour once a week. Three minutes is enough.
Start with no time limit. Once the score is 9٩ or 10١٠ out of 10١٠, add the one-minute timer to build speed.
After each test, retry the missed questions until they are right, then open that table's page and revise its memory trick.

Frequently asked questions
How does the times tables test work?
Pick the tables you want, choose 10١٠, 20٢٠ or 30٣٠ questions, and whether to type the answer or choose from four. Each answer is marked at once. At the end you see your score, the questions you missed and the tables to revise, and you can retry only the mistakes.
Which tables should a child be tested on first?
Test the tables the child has just learnt, a few at a time: 2٢, 5٥ and 10١٠ first, then 3٣ and 4٤, then 6٦ to 9٩. Once a table scores 9٩ or 10١٠ out of 10١٠ twice in a row, add the next one.
What are the hard facts?
Once the swap rule, the easy tables (1١, 2٢, 5٥, 10١٠, 11١١) and the tricks for 9٩ and 12١٢ are known, only 15١٥ facts are left, all made from 3٣, 4٤, 6٦, 7٧ and 8٨. The hard-facts test drills exactly those.
Is the result saved?
No. The test runs entirely in your browser and nothing is sent or stored. Children with a family account can track their progress in Arqaami practice instead.
